Service Terms
Last updated: 15 August 2026
These Service Terms describe Monecuer's standard approach to professional services. A signed contract, quotation, statement of work or written project agreement may add to or replace these terms for a specific engagement.
1. Scope
Monecuer may provide software and web development, mobile applications, automation, cloud and infrastructure work, security-focused engineering, video and photography, post-production, livestreaming, publishing support, branding and related digital services. Availability depends on the project, team capacity and written scope.
2. Project definition
Before paid work begins, Monecuer and the client should agree on the intended outcome, deliverables, exclusions, timeline, price, payment schedule, revision allowance and acceptance process. Material scope changes may require a revised quote or timeline.
3. Delivery and dependencies
Delivery dates depend on timely client feedback, approvals, access, content and third-party services. Dates may change where dependencies, scope or circumstances outside Monecuer's reasonable control change. Any guaranteed deadline must be stated in writing for the specific engagement.
4. Revisions and changes
Included revisions are defined in the applicable quote or statement of work. Requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately. Monecuer will not treat substantial new functionality as a minor revision merely because the original project is still open.
5. Third-party services
Projects may depend on hosting platforms, app stores, cloud services, APIs, payment providers, social platforms, stock assets, music licences or other third parties. Their pricing, availability, policies and approval processes are outside Monecuer's direct control unless the written agreement says otherwise.
6. Support and maintenance
Support, maintenance, monitoring, hosting and response targets are included only when the applicable quote, plan or agreement says they are included. Monecuer does not advertise a blanket lifetime-support or 24/7-service promise for every project.
7. Security and compliance work
Security-focused services are scoped according to the engagement. References to frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS or other standards describe possible client requirements or engineering references and do not mean Monecuer or a client is certified unless that certification is expressly documented.
8. Media production
Media deliverables, formats, raw-file handover, talent permissions, music licensing, revisions and usage rights are determined per project. Clients are responsible for rights and permissions for materials they provide unless Monecuer explicitly agrees to obtain them.
9. Acceptance and handover
Acceptance criteria and handover items should be stated in the project agreement. Where no special acceptance process is specified, clients should report material delivery issues within a reasonable review period so they can be assessed against the agreed scope.
