Media Usage Policy

Last updated: 15 August 2026

This policy gives general guidance for video, photography, livestreams, graphics and other media created or managed by Monecuer, Spectre Films or Victory Power Network. Rights for a specific project are determined by the relevant client agreement, talent release, licence or platform terms.

1. Ownership

Monecuer does not claim automatic ownership of every piece of media that appears on a Monecuer-managed platform or is created during client work. Ownership depends on who created the material, who commissioned it, what third-party rights are involved and what the written agreement says.

2. Client-commissioned work

Usage rights, exclusivity, ownership of final deliverables, raw-file handover, revision rights and portfolio permissions should be stated in the applicable quotation or contract. Full payment alone does not create rights beyond those agreed for the project.

3. Raw footage and source files

Raw footage, project files, source graphics and unedited media are supplied only when included in the agreed deliverables. Retention periods depend on storage capacity, project requirements and written commitments, so clients should not assume indefinite archival unless that service is agreed.

4. Music, talent and third-party rights

Media may require music licences, location permissions, model or talent releases, platform permissions and third-party intellectual-property clearances. Responsibility for obtaining those rights should be allocated in the project agreement. Monecuer will not knowingly promise rights it does not control.

5. Livestreams and broadcasts

Livestream and broadcast distribution may involve YouTube, Facebook or other platforms. Their content, monetisation, copyright and takedown rules apply in addition to any Monecuer or client agreement. Archive, replay and clip permissions should be agreed with the content owner or organiser.

6. Public reuse

Do not commercially redistribute, edit, repackage or falsely attribute Monecuer-owned media without permission. Publicly shared material may still be protected by copyright or other rights even when it can be viewed or shared through a social platform.

7. Portfolio and promotional use

Monecuer may use project material in a portfolio or promotional post only where the project agreement, client permission and any required talent or third-party rights allow it. Confidential work should not be treated as automatically available for marketing.

8. Removal and rights concerns

If you believe Monecuer-controlled media uses your work, image or rights improperly, send the relevant URL, description and supporting information to business@monecuer.com. We will review legitimate requests and take appropriate action based on the rights and agreements involved.

9. Licensing inquiries

For reproduction, commercial reuse, syndication or licensing requests, contact business@monecuer.com with the specific asset and intended use.
