Digital Services Terms
Last updated: 15 August 2026
These terms apply when Monecuer provides a hosted digital service, API, online platform or managed digital system and no more specific product or client agreement replaces them.
1. Service scope
Features, environments, usage limits, storage, integrations, support and pricing are defined by the applicable product documentation, quotation or written agreement. Public website descriptions are not universal service-level commitments.
2. Availability
Monecuer aims to operate hosted services reliably, but no uptime percentage, service credit, maintenance window or response-time guarantee applies unless it is stated in the specific plan or agreement for that service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party outages and security work may affect availability.
3. Usage limits
A service may apply rate limits, storage limits, fair-use controls or resource restrictions to protect reliability and other users. Applicable limits should be documented for the relevant product or engagement. Deliberate abuse is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Data and backups
Data retention, backup frequency, export formats, recovery objectives and deletion schedules differ by product and hosting arrangement. Do not assume a particular backup or recovery guarantee unless it is documented for the specific service. Customers should maintain independent copies of critical data where practical.
5. Security
Monecuer uses security controls appropriate to the relevant system and threat model, which may include encrypted transport, access controls, secret management, logging, validation and platform security features. Exact controls depend on the product. See our Security & Infrastructure page for current public guidance.
6. APIs and integrations
APIs and third-party integrations may change as upstream services, product versions or security requirements change. Where a customer depends on an API contract, versioning and deprecation expectations should be defined in that product's documentation or agreement rather than assumed from this page.
7. Billing
Fees, billing cycles, payment methods, overages, taxes and suspension for non-payment are determined by the applicable quote, invoice, plan or contract. Monecuer does not publish a universal late-interest or overage rate through these general terms.
8. Support
Support channels and response expectations are defined per service or engagement. A hosted service does not automatically include a dedicated account manager, 24/7 phone support or a fixed response SLA unless that has been expressly purchased or agreed.
9. Compliance requirements
If a customer needs controls aligned with GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2 or another framework, that requirement should be identified during scoping. Naming a framework on this website does not mean Monecuer or every Monecuer service is certified under it.
10. Termination and export
Termination rights, export windows and deletion timing are defined by the relevant product or contract. Where no special terms apply, Monecuer will use a reasonable process for service closure consistent with security, legal obligations and technical feasibility.
