Use Monecuer systems lawfully, respectfully and without harming other users, networks, data or services. Serious abuse may result in access being limited or terminated.

1. Scope

This policy applies to Monecuer websites, applications, APIs, hosted systems, support channels and professional-service environments where Monecuer provides access to a client or user.

2. Prohibited activity

  • Unauthorized access, credential attacks, exploitation, malware distribution or attempts to bypass security controls.
  • Denial-of-service attacks, abusive automation, scraping that disrupts service, or activity designed to exhaust system resources.
  • Fraud, phishing, scams, unlawful spam, impersonation or deceptive activity.
  • Illegal content, exploitation, threats, harassment or content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Unauthorized surveillance, collection of personal data without a lawful basis, or misuse of confidential information.
  • Copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property infringement.
  • Using Monecuer services to facilitate illegal goods, criminal activity or deliberate harm.

Security research

Do not test production systems without permission. If you discover a vulnerability accidentally or through authorised testing, report it privately to security@monecuer.com and avoid accessing more data than necessary.

Credentials and access

Keep credentials confidential, use accounts only for their intended purpose and report suspected compromise promptly. Access granted for one project or system does not authorise access to another.

3. Enforcement

Monecuer may investigate suspected abuse, rate-limit or block harmful traffic, suspend access, preserve relevant logs and cooperate with lawful requests where appropriate. Enforcement decisions depend on severity, evidence, contractual obligations and applicable law.

4. Client content and permissions

Clients and users are responsible for ensuring that content, data, media, credentials and materials they provide can lawfully be used for the requested purpose. Monecuer may refuse work that would require unlawful, deceptive or unauthorised activity.
