Software License

Last updated: 15 August 2026

Unless a product or project includes a different licence, Monecuer's proprietary software, source code, documentation, brand assets and original digital materials remain protected intellectual property. This page is a general statement and does not replace product-specific licences or client contracts.

1. Proprietary materials

Monecuer retains rights in its pre-existing code, reusable components, libraries, methods, documentation, designs, trademarks and brand assets except where a written agreement expressly grants rights to another party.

2. Permitted use

You may use a Monecuer product or deliverable only within the rights granted by its product licence, app-store terms, quotation, statement of work, contract or other written permission. A purchase or payment does not automatically transfer all underlying Monecuer intellectual property.

3. Restrictions

  • Do not redistribute, resell or sublicense proprietary Monecuer software unless expressly authorised.
  • Do not remove copyright, trademark or attribution notices where they are required.
  • Do not use Monecuer trademarks or branding in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or affiliation.
  • Do not attempt to defeat technical protections or access non-public source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.

4. Client work

Ownership and licence rights for custom client deliverables are determined by the written agreement for that project. Unless specifically stated otherwise, Monecuer may retain pre-existing tools, frameworks, know-how and reusable components while granting the client the agreed rights to project-specific deliverables.

5. Open-source and third-party components

Monecuer software may include open-source or third-party components. Those components remain subject to their own licences and notices. Nothing on this page overrides rights granted by an applicable open-source licence.

6. Media and brand assets

Photos, videos, graphics, logos and other creative assets may have separate usage terms based on client agreements, talent permissions, platform rules and third-party rights. See the Media Usage Policy for public guidance.
